The typical turn-around time after inspection is 2-4 days via e-mail, PDF format

Purchases are prioritized. I have lock box accessibility. Purchase appraisals are completed within 1 to 5 days of the order.

Drive-by appraisals are completed within 3 to 5 business days.

Refinances and other non-purchase appraisals are completed within 5 to 10 business days of the order depending on our work load.  Please call for a turn around time commitment. If you are ordering on-line, please tell us when you need the report.  Don’t make it a rush if it isn’t.  If it is, I will get it done for you.
